Riding the passion

Anne-Sophie Milette grew up on a horse, starting her first regional show jumping competition at 11. From day one, she knew that to reach her riding goals she would need to put in a lot of sweat and tears. So she did and so she made it. Born in Quebec, Anne-Sophie Millette spent all her winters in Florida learning from the best of the sport; the Millar family and Peter Leone, just to name a few. She has competed for more than 16 years during which she has distinguished herself with her horses, including high-level jumpers.
Over the years, Anne-Sophie Millette has teamed up with renowned coaches and trainers who have showcased her talent, built her strong technique and, ultimately, developed her own coaching approach.

In 2016, she acquired the Topnotch Stables located in Calixa-Lavallée, near Montreal. This was both an amazing work experience and a frustrating one due to the small size of the Canadian horse-breeding industry.
In 2018, Anne-Sophie Millette takes a leap of faith, sells the barn and jumps on a plane with her grand prix horse Luigi to start riding for the renowned Francois Mathy barn in Belgium. After a few months, just the time needed to adjust with the European business culture, Anne-Sophie was ready to make another jump and Europa Horse Agency was born.
